Job Description Job Description Date posted: August 24, 2026 Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Job description: Concrete Laborer - Entry Level Primetime Concrete Primetime Concrete is looking for a reliable, motivated laborer to join our team. This is a hands-on, outdoor job working on residential and light commercial concrete projects. No prior concrete experience is required - we are willing to train the right person. What You'll Do Assist with basic concrete work such as forming, grading, and site preparation Help place rebar and materials as directed Use basic hand tools (training provided) Lift and carry materials (up to 50 lbs) Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized Help keep work trucks clean and organized What We're Looking For Willingness to learn and work hard Dependable and shows up on time Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions Able to take direction and work as part of a team Valid driver's license required Nice to Have (But Not Required) Any construction or labor experience Familiarity with tools or outdoor work Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and verification of eligibility to work Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Retirement plan Work Location: In person
