Preferred qualifications: 5 years of maintenance experience Apartment, residential, facilities, or construction maintenance experience Plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, drywall, or appliance repair skills EPA or HVAC Certification (preferred, not required) Valid driver's license Strong work ethic Great customer service Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work both indoors and outdoors Don't have every qualification?
