Job Description Job Description Now Hiring: Manual Machinist Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour (based on experience) We're looking for a dependable Manual Machinist to join our team. Candidates must have some experience with manual machining on manual lathes and manual milling machines. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to continue learning and improving their skills. Responsibilities Set up and operate manual lathes and milling machines. Machine parts using existing samples, parts, and occasional drawings. Read and interpret drawings when provided. Inspect work using precision measuring tools. Maintain close tolerances and produce quality workmanship. Work independently while knowing when to ask questions. Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop. Qualifications Some experience machining on manual lathes and manual milling machines is required. Ability to read basic drawings and use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and indicators. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing quality work. Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently. Willingness to ask questions, learn, and continue developing machining skills. What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience.
