Job Description Job Description The HVAC Service Technician for Residential & Commercial systems plays a crucial role in installing maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units across diverse settings. This position requires the ability to work independently or within small teams, ensuring customer satisfaction through reliable service and strict adherence to safety standards. The technician will handle both residential and commercial equipment and report to the Owner, Senior Service Technician, and Office Manager. Responsibilities Install HVAC systems for residential and commercial clients Perform regular maintenance and inspections to ensure system efficiency Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues accurately Execute repairs and parts replacement to restore system functionality Provide expert customer support and advice Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies Conduct equipment testing following industry standards Maintain accurate documentation of service activities and parts used Respond promptly to emergency service calls Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of experience in HVAC service roles Technical certification in HVAC or a related field EPA Section 608 Certification Strong knowledge of HVAC system maintenance and safety compliance Effective time management skills Proven problem-solving abilities
