You'll lead the department, quality-check the team's estimates before they reach the customer, build the complex high-dollar bids yourself, and keep turnaround fast so clients get accurate numbers when they need them. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who understands commercial HVAC/R service, can manage field operations, and knows how to keep high-volume customers running with minimal downtime. The Service Manager is supported by ICS's centralized teams for dispatching, procurement, purchasing, and billing, allowing the manager to focus on technician leadership, customer satisfaction, service execution, and operational performance.
