Job Description Job Description CNC Mill Machinist Long Term - Potential Temp to Hire Location: Escondido, CA Responsibilities Include: Set Up and operation for CNC Mill Machinist role Efficiently set-up and operate CNC machine Use calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools Read and interpret drawings / blueprints and perform in-process inspections Read GD&T symbols and develop appropriate machining methods Work and communicate well with others Follows safety procedures Requirements Include: 2+ years of experience as a setup machinist on CNC Mills Ability to use inspections tools to verify part conformance Organized and possess good computer skills Strong computer and math skills Excellent technical and analytical skills Great attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly developed concentration and precision Knowledge of Okuma Controls - Haas, Fadal or Fanus - Desired Physical Requirements: Standing 5+ Hours a day Walking 1-5 hours a week Bending , kneeling, crouching, reaching and stretching hands and arms Ability to lift, carry, push and pull materials up to 50 Lbs, but mostly using mechanical assistance especially for large items or weights exceeding this weight limit Wear protective clothing or equipment as required including safety glasses, ear protection - cut resistant gloves and steel toed boots.
