Job Description Job Description The Commercial HVAC Technician plays a critical role in the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This technician works closely with a medium to large team of 4 to 10+ technicians and reports to the Lead Technician and Operations Manager. The role involves regular travel to multiple client sites, ensuring efficient system performance and adherence to safety standards. Responsibilities Install commercial HVAC systems according to specifications and blueprints Perform routine system maintenance and preventive care Troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment and components Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and company policies Accurately document service activities and system details Collaborate effectively with team members and report progress to supervisors Travel regularly to client sites to deliver on-site services Preferred Qualifications 7+ years of experience in commercial HVAC Technical certification in HVAC or related fields EPA Refrigerant Certification Expertise in HVAC system installation and preventive maintenance Strong skills in commercial HVAC repair and troubleshooting Knowledge of electrical wiring and blueprint reading Excellent customer service and communication skills Demonstrated safety compliance and time management Company Description Large well established and respected union HVAC contractor Company Description Large well established and respected union HVAC contractor
