Job Description Job Description Machine Operator I - Steel Fabrication Oklahoma City, OK Full-Time Start Your Career in Manufacturing! We are hiring a Machine Operator (Level 1) to join our growing team in a fast-paced steel fabrication environment . This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are dependable, mechanically inclined, and ready to build a long-term career in manufacturing. No advanced experience required-just a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn. What You'll Do Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently Assist with steel fabrication, welding prep, and production tasks Load, unload, and move materials throughout the shop Perform basic equipment inspections and preventative maintenance Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy Read and take measurements using tape measures, angle finders, and micrometers Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all safety procedures, SOPs, and quality standards Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED (preferred) Experience in manufacturing, construction, or industrial work (preferred) Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools Ability to read measurements, decimals, and perform basic math Experience using precision measuring tools (required) Forklift or overhead crane experience is a plus Basic computer or 10-key skills are a plus Strong reliability and consistent attendance Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift Lift, push, or pull up to 75 lbs Work in an industrial environment (heat, noise, dust, moving equipment) Safely operate forklifts, cranes, and shop equipment Why Join Our Team?
