Job Description Job Description Location: Etna, PA Schedule: 10-14 hours per week to start, with possibility for more hours available in the fall Pay: $13/hour We're a small candle company in Etna. We're looking for a Production Assistant to wick and clean candle tins. It's hands-on, detailed work, and you'll often be working on your own. What you'll do Place wicks in candle tins accurately and consistently Clean residual wax from finished tins Inspect tins for quality before and after production Follow our process to hit daily production goals What we need Available at least two-three weekday daytime blocks. We're shortest on Tuesdays and Thursdays, so those are a plus Attention to detail and patience with repetitive work Reliable attendance Comfortable working independently Able to lift and carry boxes up to 20 lbs, and to stand and work on your feet for a 4-5 hour shift, with or without reasonable accommodation The schedule Shifts run 3 to 5 hours and we build the schedule week by week around your availability. Possibility for hours grow going into our busy fall season if you want them.
