Job Description Job Description Location: Belen, NM Title: Packaging Machine Operator Shift: 3rd shift 11PM to 7:30AM, Monday - Friday Pay Rate: $18.00 This is Temp to Hire Opportunity Our client is a well-known manufacturing company in Belen, NM. This is a great work environment and potential temporary to hire opportunity. Job Description: Responsibilities: Operates material handling equipment Monitors part quality in accordance within specifications and frequency of checks Visually inspects parts for defects before packaging into proper container Alerts maintenance technician of defective parts and reports it to the supervisor Ensure participation and cooperation in company implemented ESHA programs. Follow all company safety rules Read and review process order for specific instructions Follow all GMP rules Support continuous improvement initiatives such as 6s and Performance Dialogues Other duties as assigned. Requirements of This Position: • Lift up to 50 pounds • Excellent Attendance • Pass a background check and drug screen, and H.S. Diploma or equivalent. Previous experience highly desired.
