Job Description Job Description The Production Manager / Maintenance Technician is responsible for overseeing daily production operations while ensuring equipment, facilities, and work areas are safe, functional, and well-maintained. This role combines leadership, hands-on technical skills, and a commitment to supporting employees of all abilities.
