DuraPlas is hiring Machine Operators to join our growing production team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, staying busy, and being part of a team that keeps production moving! We're actively hiring and looking to fill multiple Machine Operator positions. Day shifts and Overnight shifts are available! What You'll Get Starting pay at $18/hour Built-in overtime with 12-hour shifts Hands-on manufacturing experience On-The-Job Training Opportunity to grow into advanced roles Team-focused work environment What You'll Do Operate and monitor injection molding machines Trim excess material using hand tools (knives, clippers, etc.) Follow job instructions to complete production orders accurately Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards Label and package finished products for shipping or storage Complete basic secondary operations as needed Identify and report machine or material issues Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE What to Expect Fast-paced, hands-on work environment Non-climate-controlled facility (can get hot, noisy, and dusty) Physically active role (standing, walking, lifting throughout shift) Regular lifting requirement of up to 50 lbs 12-hour scheduled shifts (approximately 42 hours per week) This Role Is a Great Fit If You Prefer active work over sitting at a desk Are dependable and show up ready to work Can handle repetitive tasks and long shifts Take pride in quality and doing things right Work well with a team in a fast-paced environment Qualifications & Skills 0-1 year of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial environments preferred High School Diploma or GED preferred Ability to lift at least 50 lbs (required) Ability to work 12-hour shifts (required) Ability to operate multiple machines and related equipment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills Ability to read and use measurement tools (tape measure, carpenter's square, ruler) Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly desired About DuraPlas DuraPlas has been manufacturing plastic products for over 50 years and serves customers across the United States and in more than 65 countries.
