Job Description Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on 3D Printing Technician to join our production team. This role is responsible for operating and maintaining 3D printers, preparing prints, post-processing finished parts, shipping orders, and supporting production documentation. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with digital tools as well as physical machinery, ensuring high-quality output and efficient workflow. Key Responsibilities: Operate, monitor, and maintain 3D printers. Prepare print files Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of 3D printers to minimize downtime. Post-process printed parts using equipment such as cutters, grinding machines, sanding tools, and other finishing machinery. Inspect printed components for accuracy, structural integrity, and finish quality. Track production data, inventory, print status, and performance metrics using Google Sheets and other digital tools. Collaborate with design, engineering, and production teams to ensure print readiness and resolve technical issues. Maintain a clean and safe workspace, following all safety procedures for equipment handling. Document workflows, update logs, and help improve production processes.
