This is a great role for someone early in their editing career who already has strong instincts for pacing, hooks, and platform-native storytelling, and wants to sharpen those instincts against real performance data. This is a hands-on, production-focused role with room to grow. We're looking for someone who's fast and detail-oriented in the edit bay, but who's equally hungry to understand why an edit works.
