Job Description Job Description NOW HIRING: Electrical Foreman - Miami, FL We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to join our growing team in Miami, Florida. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with commercial and/or industrial electrical experience who can manage crews, maintain jobsite safety, and deliver projects on schedule. Responsibilities: Lead and supervise electrical crews on commercial projects Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment Ensure work complies with NEC, OSHA, and project requirements Maintain productivity, quality control, and safety standards Communicate effectively with project managers, inspectors, and other trades Train and mentor electricians and apprentices Qualifications: 5+ years of electrical construction experience Previous Foreman or Lead Electrician experience preferred Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics Excellent leadership and communication skills OSHA certification preferred Valid driver's license Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Starting Pay: $30 an hour.
