We invest in marketing to keep a steady flow of leads and give our team the chance to succeed. Pay Structure This is a commission-based position designed for high performers. Top performers earn $100,000-$150,000+ per year No cap on earnings Income is based on performance and production Training Pay: $25/hour + commission for the first 30 days while you get up to speed, learn our process, and build your pipeline Transition to full commission after onboarding period Most technicians are fully ramped and producing within 2-4 weeks.
