What You'll Do Set up and operate CNC Mills Read blueprints and engineering drawings Machine steel, stainless steel, and aluminum Hold tight tolerances up to .0002" Perform machine setups and tooling changes Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision instruments Adjust speeds, feeds, and offsets Perform basic machine maintenance Work safely while producing high-quality parts What We're Looking For 1+ year of CNC Mill experience (more experience welcomed) Blueprint reading skills Experience with precision measuring tools Mechanical aptitude Setup experience preferred Reliable attendance and team-oriented attitude Why You'll Love This Opportunity $22-$39/hour based on experience 15% Shift Premium Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) Paid Holidays Tuition Assistance Career Growth Stable manufacturer with long-term opportunities Apply today!
