Eddie Cummings Tile Company is looking for Tile Setters and Tile Helpers to expand our skilled team. Position: Tile Setters for residential/commercial job sites Location: Kansas City and surrounding areas Compensation: Pay based on experience, quality, and speed. Responsibilities and Duties: Proficient in all aspects of tile work, including layout, prep, installation, and grouting processes Ability to float floors with sand and cement Strong problem-solving skills on job sites Maintain high-quality workmanship on prestigious projects Must have transportation to job sites Experience: Tile Setters: 5+ years of experience in tile installation Tile Helpers: Entry-level, with a desire to learn and grow License: Valid driver's license (required) Job Type: Full-time Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Overtime Weekends as needed Work Location: In person
