Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced, reliable HVACR Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems for commercial and/or residential clients. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, customer-oriented, and able to work independently in the field. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration systems (rooftop units, split systems, furnaces, heat pumps, walk-in coolers, ice machines, etc.). Install new HVACR equipment per manufacturer specs and local codes. Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals. Perform brazing, piping, wiring, refrigerant recovery/charging, and system balancing. Complete work orders, and communicate status with dispatch and customers. Follow safety protocols, maintain clean work areas, and use PPE. Provide clear, professional customer interaction and explain repairs/recommendations. Qualifications: 5 years of hands-on HVACR field experience (commercial experience preferred ). EPA Section 608 certification (Universal). Strong electrical troubleshooting skills; ability to read wiring diagrams and use multimeter. Experience with refrigerants, recovery equipment, and leak detection. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in confined spaces, and handle varied environmental conditions. Excellent customer service, communication, and time-management skills.
