This is a W2 direct hire position with a structured pay plan and a team that values performance, consistency, and a strong work ethic. What You'll Be Doing Meet directly with customers in assigned residential areas to present available products and services Educate customers on current promotions, bundles, and service options Guide customers through the enrollment process from start to finish Build trust quickly through clear communication and a professional approach Track interactions and sales activity using internal systems Work alongside a team to hit daily and weekly performance goals What We Offer Average earnings between $900-$1,200 per week, with top performers earning more Weekly pay Consistent schedule with full-time hours Hands-on training and daily support from experienced leadership A high-energy, team-driven environment focused on results What We're Looking For Strong communication skills and confidence in face-to-face interactions A competitive mindset with a desire to earn based on performance Ability to stay organized and self-motivated in an independent setting Positive attitude and willingness to learn High school diploma or equivalent required Why This Role Stands Out This is not a behind-the-desk job.
