Our practice emphasizes client advocacy, professional development, and collaborative teamwork. Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Personal Injury Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will manage a caseload of personal injury matters from inception through resolution and work closely with senior attorneys to deliver exceptional results for our clients. Responsibilities Manage a caseload of personal injury claims, including auto accidents, premises liability, and other negligence matters Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement demands Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel Take and defend depositions Participate in mediations, hearings, and trials as needed Evaluate claims, damages, and settlement opportunities Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, deadlines, and ethical rules Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Active member in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia 1-5 years of experience in personal injury law preferred (will consider strong candidates with relevant litigation experience) Strong writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively Client-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary commensurate with experience plus commissions Health insurance Professional development and mentorship opportunities How to Apply Interested candidates should submit a resume and cover letter outlining their relevant experience and interest in the position to .
