Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Traveling Construction Superintendent - Denver Based For Utah Project to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation at the direction of Project Manager Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation Allocate resources for assigned projects Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications Qualifications: Previous experience in construction management or other related fields Familiarity with construction management software (ie. Procore & Bluebeam) Strong leadership qualities Strong negotiation skills Deadline and detail-oriented Spanish Speaking a plus Minimum OSHA 10, First Aid and CPR Certifications Able and willing to travel without restrictions for assigned projects Comfortable with technology Clean Driving record, Drug test and background checks required
