Job Description Job Description Job description: Position Overview We are looking for a reliable and engaging Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Coach to lead classes for youth. This role focuses on teaching foundational BJJ techniques while helping students develop discipline, confidence, and respect in a structured and positive environment. Responsibilities Lead structured youth BJJ classes for beginner to intermediate students Teach proper technique, safety, and sportsmanship Maintain control of the class and ensure a safe training environment Encourage confidence, discipline, and teamwork among students Communicate professionally with parents and gym staff Start and end classes on time and keep students engaged throughout Qualifications Experience training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Previous coaching or teaching experience with children strongly preferred Strong leadership and classroom management skills Positive, energetic, and professional attitude Ability to create a structured but fun learning environment Schedule Evening and/or weekend youth classes Flexible based on class schedule Compensation $45 per class About Us UFC Gym Pinellas Park is a community-focused fitness facility offering training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, boxing, fitness classes, and youth programs.
