We are a trial law firm that has trials every month and looking for a litigation attorney to sit second chair with our trial attorney and assist with proceedings. Responsibilities: Represent clients in court, depositions and mediation. Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients Negotiate settlement Perform administrative and management functions including supervision of a team of litigation paralegals. Qualifications: Previous experience in Personal Injury Law. Familiarity with Westlaw or LexisNexis.
