Job Description Job Description Crimson Aquatics is seeking a dependable and enthusiastic Swim Coach to join our competitive swim club coaching staff. This part-time role is ideal for someone passionate about swimming, athlete development, and creating a positive, team-oriented environment. Schedule: Monday , Wednesday, Friday: 6:00 PM - 7:15 PM Saturday: 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM (Brandeis University) Key Responsibilities: Lead structured swim practices for age group swimmers Provide instruction on stroke technique, starts, turns, and race skills Foster a positive, disciplined, and engaging team environment Monitor swimmer progress and provide constructive feedback Ensure athlete safety and enforce pool rules and team standards Collaborate with coaching staff on training plans and season goals Qualifications: Prior swim coaching or competitive swimming experience preferred Strong knowledge of stroke mechanics and training fundamentals Ability to work with swimmers of varying skill levels Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Strong communication and interpersonal skills CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Company Description Crimson Aquatics is a competitive swim club driven by athlete experience and high performance.
