Job Description Job Description Full Service Paving is seeking a dependable and motivated CDL Truck Driver to join our growing team immediately. We are a family-owned paving contractor based in Massena, NY, serving residential, commercial, and municipal customers throughout Northern New York. This is a local driving position with no overnight travel. You'll be home every night while working with one of the North Country's leading paving contractors. What We Offer $250 per day starting pay Performance and production bonuses Local driving only - home every night Consistent seasonal work Opportunity for additional hours during peak season Work with a professional, established paving company Responsibilities Safely operate dump trucks and other CDL vehicles Transport asphalt, stone, equipment, and materials to and from job sites Complete vehicle inspections and daily logs Assist crews as needed on job sites Maintain clean and safe equipment Follow DOT regulations and company safety standards Requirements Valid CDL Class A or Class B License Current DOT Medical Card/Physical Clean driving record (driver abstract required) Ability to work 40-50 hours per week Reliable transportation to and from work Familiarity with GPS and mobile communication Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Preferred Qualifications Construction or paving experience Experience operating heavy equipment Basic diesel mechanic knowledge and troubleshooting skills Experience with dump trucks and hauling construction materials Season Information Our paving season typically begins in April and runs through November, weather permitting.
