Job Description Job Description Job Summary PMG is looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Outside Sales Representative who is ready to take the next step in their sales career and learn the wholesale fuel industry from the ground up. In this role, you will be trained on branded and unbranded fuel sales, account management, pricing, billing, customer service, logistics, and new business development while building relationships with retail gas station and convenience store operators throughout New England. This is a great opportunity for someone with early B2B sales, outside sales, route sales, account management, or customer-facing business development experience who is coachable, competitive, organized, and eager to grow into a specialized sales career with uncapped commission potential. Candidates must reside in the New England geography, including Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Vermont, or Maine. Responsibilities Learn PMG's branded and unbranded fuel supply processes, including pricing, billing, customer service, logistics, credit, and account management. Build and maintain relationships with wholesale fuel customers, retail gas station operators, and convenience store owners. Prospect for new business through cold calling, canvassing, referrals, market research, and business partnerships. Maintain a sales pipeline focused on new customer opportunities and territory growth. Support existing accounts while identifying opportunities to grow PMG's wholesale supplied locations. Develop practical knowledge of PMG's fuel supply partners, marketing programs, industry trends, and competition. Attend trade shows, association meetings, and customer meetings as needed. Travel throughout the New England territory to meet with customers and prospects. Qualifications A minimum of 3 years of outside sales, B2B sales, route sales, account management, business development, or customer-facing sales experience require. A strong desire to learn a new industry - fuel, petroleum, gas station, or convenience store experience is helpful but not required. Confidence making outbound calls, introducing yourself to new prospects, and building relationships in person. Strong communication, follow-up, and organizational skills. A competitive, goal-driven, self-motivated attitude. Comfort using Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and general business applications.
