Position Overview: We are currently seeking an Electrical Apprentice with 2+ years of experience to join our team in West Palm Beach, Florida. This position offers hands-on experience working on commercial and residential electrical projects. The ideal candidate will be reliable, eager to learn, and possess a strong work ethic. Key Responsibilities: Assist journeyman electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems Run and install conduit, wiring, and fixtures Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with local and national electrical codes Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on time Perform basic troubleshooting of electrical systems as needed Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Electrical Apprentice Must have hard hat and all PPE Familiarity with electrical codes and safety standards Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions OSHA 10 certification preferred but not required Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments Reliable transportation to job sites Compensation: $18 - $21/hour DOE (Depending on Experience) Full-time position Opportunities for growth and advancement Why Join Us: Opportunity to work with a reputable company on long-term projects Multiple positions available throughout South Florida Competitive pay based on experience Vacation PTO and paid holidays offered after time invested with our company Supportive work environment with opportunities for growth
