Project Duration: Approximately July 2026 through November 2026 . Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Construction Management Representative (CMR) to provide oversight and management for the Clover Creek Wastewater Treatment Facility (WWDFs) Rehabilitation project at Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Park (SEKI). Key Responsibilities: Provide construction management (CM) services to assist the NPS with oversight and management of the Clover Creek WWDFs rehabilitation. Serve as the primary on-site representative for the NPS during the construction phase. Ensure construction activities align with the project's technical requirements and schedules. Qualifications: Prior experience as a CMR specifically for Waste-Water Treatment Plant Construction (or equivalent) is highly preferred. Candidates must have recent experience (within the past 7 years) working as CMR or related roles Experience with projects awarded at the Federal, State, or Local levels is required. Ability to evaluate technical factors, strengths, and weaknesses related to wastewater infrastructure construction

Job Description Job Description Job Title: Construction Management Representative (CMR) Job Location: Ajo, AZ 85321 Duration: Approximately 8 months ( June 2026 - February 2027 ) Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Construction Management Representative to oversee the rehabilitation of the primary park water system at Organ Pipe Cactus National Monument. This project involves replacing asbestos-cement (AC) water lines, drilling a new supply well, replacing a 100,000-gallon steel water storage tank, and installing a SCADA system. Key Responsibilities Monitor construction for progress, workmanship, and strict adherence to contract documents and safety standards. Draft contract correspondence, review submittals, process Requests for Information (RFIs), and verify certified payrolls. Prepare independent Government Cost Estimates for modifications and perform baseline/progress schedule reviews using Primavera or MS Project. Maintain daily logs, take progress photographs, and facilitate weekly meetings. Ensure compliance with Accident Prevention Plans Required Qualifications Proven background in public utility/water systems, earthwork, trenching, and asbestos cement pipe abatement . OSHA 30-hour construction safety training. Skilled in Microsoft Office, Primavera, and SharePoint for document control. Prior experience with National Park Service (NPS) construction is highly preferred
