Job Description Job Description STRETCHMED is hiring for part-time stretch therapist! We are looking for health & fitness professionals that want to GROW with an exciting 1-on-1 stretch studio in Burlington MA. STRETCHMED is a 1-on-1 assisted stretching program that uses a combination of 36 PNF and static stretching techniques to eliminate chronic pain, increase mobility, rejuvenate, and help you move well! Our Certified Stretch Therapists (CST ) will work with clients in 1-on-1 stretch sessions, anywhere from 1 to 4 times a week, depending on your needs. Each stretch therapist goes through the specific STRETCHMED Certification. Position Requirements The ideal candidate will: Have a certificate, license, or degree in a field related to exercise science (i.e. certified personal trainer, licensed massage therapist, athletic trainer, kinesiologist, yoga or Pilates instructor, group fitness instructor, or physical therapy assistant) Have a passion for health and fitness, Enjoy working with people, Be proactive, driven, and self-motivated, Sales and customer service background with proven track record of building a book business. Creating, nurturing, and supporting affiliate relationships Establish community event and affiliate pop-up opportunities Have a positive attitude and pleasing personality Be proactive and show initiative Take ownership of building a personal book of business for clients. Must be able to stand for extended periods while physically manipulating clients through a passive range of motion with periodic resistance, in order to administer the proprietary STRETCHMED stretch protocols. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
