We are looking for a capable and skilled carpenter to join our team. You'll take direction from the project manager to help construct and maintain strong and long-lasting buildings and products. You are great at reading blueprints and have excellent hand dexterity, with a can-do attitude. If you're looking for good pay, guaranteed hours, and a job you can take pride in that lets you work with your hands and build something different every day, apply now!Compensation: $18 - $25 hourly Responsibilities: Sculpt and piece together siding, drywall, kitchen cabinets, and furniture Build door and window frames, stairways, rafters, and partitions Confirm flooring, roofing, and drywall are level and compatible Check existing sketches and blueprints to understand project requirements Conduct inspections, maintenance, and fix structures Perform framing and structural repairs Repair wood rot and damaged decking Install windows, doors, siding, trim, and exterior components Assist with roofing systems as needed Ensure all work is level, plumb, square, and built to code Maintain clean and professional job sites Communicate clearly with project managers Qualifications: In-depth knowledge of carpentry tools, materials, and techniques Driver's license required High school diploma or GED preferred Accurate measuring and math skills required Strong physical condition and excellent hand dexterity 3+ years of carpentry experience required Strong understanding of residential construction Experience with exterior systems preferred Ability to read scopes of work and follow job specifications Reliable transportation required Valid driver's license required Must have own basic tools Ability to work outdoors in Texas heat Strong work ethic and accountability We are not looking for shortcuts.
