Job Description Job Description Responsibilities: Provide support to Estimating Department in creating marketing material Assist in canvassing market for new potential construction and renovation projects Contact owners, architects, engineers to find leads for new projects Create and send out marketing material to potential new clients. Follow up as necessary Coordinate creation of bid proposals and assure all required forms are filled out and turned in with each proposal Act as a liason for bid bond, bond and insurance requests for projects Work with Estimators in creating project and bid proposals Document control of all drawings, specification and amends during bid process Review all proposals for completeness Qualifications: Prior marketing experience preferred Prior construction industry experience is helpful but not necessary Experience with office suite and other relevant software programs Ability to work with minimal supervision and be a self-starter Travel Some Travel to visit prospective jobsites or clients About G.M.
