Job Description Job Description We Don't Move Dirt. We Build Infrastructure. THIS IS NOT A JOB FOR EVERYONE. If you're looking for a place to hide in a machine all day, punch a clock, do the bare minimum, and go home This isn't for you. If you're looking for a place where hard work matters, where production matters, where your teammates depend on you, and where every day presents a new challenge Keep reading. At Terraline, we're building something different. We're building a team of operators, builders, problem solvers, and future leaders. We're looking for Dirt Technicians who want more than a paycheck. People who take pride in accomplishing difficult things and aren't afraid to get dirty doing it. WHO WE ARE Terraline is a specialty excavation and infrastructure contractor. You understand that production matters. You know that when one person slows down, the entire crew slows down. You aren't above grabbing a shovel. You aren't afraid of rain. You aren't afraid of mud. You aren't afraid of long days when the project requires it. You believe the job isn't done until the work is complete. YOU MAY NOT BE A GOOD FIT IF: You need constant supervision. You blame others. You avoid difficult work. You complain more than you solve. You struggle to show up on time. You think manual labor is beneath you. You believe "good enough" is acceptable.
