We're looking for a Field Supervisor who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys being the person who keeps projects running smoothly. In this role, you'll serve as the bridge between crews, customers, and project managers, helping ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT THIS ROLE Opportunity for Advancement Work Outdoors & Stay Active Variety Every Day-No Sitting Behind a Desk WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR Quality Control & Jobsite Oversight Ensure projects are completed according to company standards Monitor jobsite safety, cleanliness, and professionalism Conduct final "Zero Defect" inspections Catch issues before they become callbacks Crew Support & Coordination Serve as the link between crews, customers, and Project Managers Coordinate materials, supplies, and jobsite needs Help crews stay productive and efficient Assist with day-to-day problem solving Customer Experience Communicate with homeowners throughout the project Answer questions and address concerns Ensure customers feel informed and supported Help create a smooth, positive experience from start to finish Documentation & Communication Take photos and document job progress Record project updates using company software Communicate change orders and jobsite issues Maintain accurate notes and records Growth & Opportunity Generate referrals and leads during downtime Represent Bo Lacey professionally in the community Learn the construction business from experienced leaders WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE Projects completed with minimal callbacks Happy homeowners Organized and well-documented jobs Crews have what they need to succeed Quality work completed the first time Strong communication with customers and teammates Final payments collected promptly whenever possible WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR Must-Haves Valid Driver's License Reliable Attendance Strong Work Ethic - Self Motivated Excellent Communication & Documentation Skills Strong Organizational Skills Willingness to adapt Able to Multitask Work Occasional Evenings & Weekends Comfortable Working Outdoors Preferred Experience Roofing/Siding/Windows/Doors/Gutters Construction Background Trailer Towing Bilingual (English/Spanish) COMPENSATION Pay (Weekly) Up to $35,000/year + Additional Incentives Included Resources Company Vehicle Company Phone Fuel for Work Travel SCHEDULE Full-Time Primarily daytime hours with occasional evening and weekend responsibilities based on project schedules and customer needs.
