Job Description Job Description We are seeking a skilled and motivated Litigation Attorneys with 3-5 years experience for our Long Beach and San Francisco offices . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil litigation, excellent analytical and advocacy skills, and the ability to manage cases independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues. Experience in securities litigation and employment law a plus. Key Responsibilities: Handle all phases of litigation, including case assessment, discovery, motion practice, trial preparation and trial/arbitration Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents Conduct legal research and develop case strategies Manage discovery Represent clients in court hearings, mediations and settlement negotiations Effectively communicate with clients, opposing counsel and court personnel Qualifications: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school Active license to practice law in California 3-5 years litigation experience Strong legal research, writing and oral advocacy skills Experience managing multiple cases and deadlines Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational skills and strong work ethic High level of professionalism and ethical standards
