Key Responsibilities: Discovery Management: Draft, review, and respond to discovery requests with precision. Legal Document Preparation: Prepare and respond to motions and legal memoranda, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness. Background Investigations: Conduct comprehensive background checks to support case development. Client and Witness Coordination: Organize and manage meetings with clients, attorneys, and expert witnesses. In-Depth Legal Research: Perform detailed legal research to support case strategies.
