We're hiring a Marketing & Events Representative to support nonprofit organizations through in-person community outreach and event-based fundraising. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, representing meaningful causes, and developing real-world marketing and communication skills. In this position, you'll participate in short-term, pop-up fundraising events throughout the local area. You'll engage directly with community members, share the mission of our nonprofit partners, and help drive support through face-to-face interaction. Full training is provided-no prior experience required. Key Responsibilities Represent nonprofit partners at pop-up events, retail locations, and community venues Engage with the public in a professional, energetic manner to educate and encourage donations Set up, manage, and break down event displays and materials Communicate nonprofit missions clearly and accurately Track daily event performance and community engagement Work collaboratively with a team while building leadership skills Learn the fundamentals of marketing, sales, territory management, and client representation Training & Development This role is designed for growth and includes hands-on training in: Marketing and brand representation Professional communication and sales fundamentals Ethical and compliant fundraising practices Event coordination and execution Territory and client management Leadership and team development Ideal Candidate Comfortable speaking with new people on a daily basis Motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented Interested in marketing, events, nonprofit work, or professional development Thrives in a fast-paced, in-person environment Has reliable transportation within the local area This is a development-focused opportunity for individuals looking to build a strong foundation in marketing, events, and leadership while making a positive impact in the community.
