Update all lead activity in LeadSquared (LSQ) or the assigned CRM. Appointment Scheduling Schedule appointments for Admissions Representatives. Confirm appointment date, time, and location. Send appointment reminders via phone, text, or email. Reschedule missed appointments when appropriate. Maintain a high appointment show rate. Customer Service Provide accurate information about MSCT programs. Answer general admissions questions. Build rapport with prospective students.
