Protect critical sealing surfaces, internal passages, threads, machined features, and finished surfaces throughout the cleaning and handling process. Safely operate ultrasonic cleaning systems, filtered drying equipment, and other cleanroom processing equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs). Inspection & Quality Assurance Perform detailed visual inspections for contamination, particles, residue, oxidation, scratches, watermarks, and other surface defects. Conduct helium mass spectrometer leak testing and support particle count testing, cleanliness verification, and other quality assurance activities. Verify components meet customer specifications, internal quality standards, and ISO 9001 requirements prior to packaging and shipment. Identify nonconforming products and communicate quality concerns to Quality, Engineering, or Production leadership. Packaging & Product Traceability Package completed assemblies using approved cleanroom bags, caps, plugs, heat sealing equipment, and labeling procedures to maintain product cleanliness. Verify part numbers, revisions, quantities, serial numbers, job travelers, and manufacturing documentation prior to shipment. Maintain complete product traceability throughout cleaning, inspection, testing, packaging, and shipping processes. Documentation & Process Control Accurately complete production travelers, cleaning logs, inspection records, leak test reports, and other manufacturing documentation. Follow customer specifications, engineering drawings, work instructions, and controlled procedures to ensure consistent product quality. Maintain accurate electronic and written records supporting ISO 9001 quality standards. Safety & Team Collaboration Follow all cleanroom gowning requirements, contamination control procedures, chemical handling guidelines, PPE requirements, and company safety policies. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area using 5S principles. Collaborate with Manufacturing Technicians, Orbital Welders, Quality Inspectors, Engineers, and Production leadership to meet daily production goals and customer delivery schedules. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on product quality, manufacturing efficiency, and contamination reduction. Qualifications Experience: Previous experience in manufacturing is preferred. Experience in cleanroom, semiconductor, medical device, aerospace, pharmaceutical, or other precision manufacturing environments is highly desirable. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
