Requirements Active Indiana Insurance License with at least six months of personal insurance account management experience. High School Diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Strong knowledge of insurance products, underwriting, rating procedures, and industry operations. Proven track record of sales success with excellent negotiation and closing skills. Customer-focused, professional, and assertive in developing client relationships. Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills. Proficiency with agency management systems and technology. Bilingual - Not required but is a plus. Responsibilities Identify, qualify, and develop personal insurance opportunities with new and existing clients through various channels. Actively prospect, round accounts, and solicit increased coverage while networking for new clients. Provide tailored coverage options, process quotes, and bind insurance policies while ensuring all documentation is accurate. Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-up and proactive account support. Monitor sales metrics and document activity to ensure targets are met. Collaborate with team members, mentor staff, and contribute expertise in both formal and informal settings. Stay updated on industry trends, continuing education, and product changes to enhance performance.
