Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Litigation Paralegal to become a part of our team! You will provide overall support to attorneys and the firm's needs. Responsibilities: Conduct research to support legal proceedings Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents for multiple attorneys. Investigate facts to help in the negotiation of legal disputes Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations Record and store client information Client management, giving updates, answer discovery, scheduling, etc. Qualifications: 1-3 years experience as an injury paralegal Familiarity with legal research Ability to prioritize and multitask Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage heavy caseload and manage time properly Ability to manage calendars for multiple attorneys and states Attention to Detail Deadline and detail-oriented Benefits: Earn sick time after your first month 401(k) matching after one year Paid Time Off after one year Bonus program after one year Closed for Christmas week.
