The Role: We are looking for motivated Construction Laborers to join our crew. Whether you have years of experience or are looking to get your foot in the door of the construction industry, we want to hear from you. Your main goal is to assist the crew in daily operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to our high standards. You will be working directly with forman's who will provide on-the-job training. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Assist with foundation repairs and replacements (digging, moving materials, mixing concrete/mortar). Perform general dirt work and site preparation. Assist with framing and general carpentry on custom home projects. Load and unload construction materials and tools. Operate hand and power tools (training provided). Maintain a clean and safe job site. Follow instructions from the Foreman/Project Manager precisely. What We Need From You (Requirements): Reliable Transportation: You must have your own reliable way to get to the job site or shop on time, every day. Valid Driver's License. Strong Work Ethic: Construction is physically demanding. You must be willing to hustle and put in an honest day's work. Coachability: You must be able to take direction well and listen to feedback. Physical Stamina: Must be able to lift 50+ lbs, stand for long periods, and work outdoors in Colorado weather conditions (heat, cold, snow). Punctuality: We start early. Being on time is mandatory. Preferred (But Not Required): Previous experience in construction, carpentry, landscaping, or concrete work. Experience with basic hand tools (tape measure, hammer, shovel). What We Offer: Competitive Pay: $18 - $25 per hour depending on experience. On-the-Job Training: We will teach you specialized skills in foundation repair and home building.
