ROLE DESCRIPTION: Work with and service existing customers and Market for new prospects currently not insured with our agency. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Develop new prospects, daily outbound calls to schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Our office hours are Monday thru Friday 9:00 - 5:00 with arrival time of 8:45. Grow your career! As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you join our team. RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and maintain customer relationships in insurance and financial services. Consult customers with comprehensive financial planning and insurance options. Assist customers with retirement planning, investment management, and insurance needs. Stay current with market trends and product offerings. QUALIFICATIONS: Prefer experience in insurance and financial services but is not required. Communication and interpersonal skills.
