Position SummaryThe Customer Service position is responsible for: Managing inbound customer calls Processing policy service requests Scheduling coverage reviews Protecting Sales and Account Managers from interruption Maintaining accurate documentation Escalating complex issues appropriately This role is the operational backbone of the office. What This Position Is NOT Not a commission-driven sales position Not a remote position Not a stepping stone to immediate promotion Not flexible start-time This role requires daily in-office presence and reliability. Work Schedule Monday-Friday 8:45 AM - 5:15 PM start commitment In-office position (no remote) Punctuality and attendance are critical to this position.
