Manage the interface between Construction Commissioning Operations, ensuring all documentation, procedures, and resources are in place for startup. Track deliverables and resolve execution constraints for functional workstreams including training, maintenance, and operational systems. Assurance and Systems Coordination Conduct readiness assessments, monitor KPIs, and drive corrective actions to ensure no critical gaps exist at startup.
