But right now, you've hit a production ceiling. Instead of focusing on revenue-generating activities, you are spending too much time in the weeds of paperwork, marketing, and administrative tasks. Take complete ownership of their business and view real estate as a full-time, professional career. Are driven, competitive, highly organized, and coachable. Key Responsibilities: Manage and aggressively scale your existing pipeline while integrating our advanced conversion and marketing systems. Conduct high-level, professional buyer and seller consultations. Negotiate complex contracts and expertly guide clients through the transaction process. Build long-term client wealth relationships. Continuously grow your personal brand and market share within the Compass ecosystem. Required Qualifications: Active Tennessee Real Estate License (Strictly Required). Minimum of 5 closed real estate transactions (Required). Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Tech-savvy and highly comfortable adopting modern CRM and marketing platforms.
