Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSalary: Pherson is seeking a Senior Instructional Technologist/ Instructional Designer with TS/SCI w/FS Poly (TS/SCI ISSA) security clearance. This role will work with faculty and other team members to create and implement innovative solutions ranging from course instruction support, integrated training support, learning technology solutions and research that aid in the facilitation of adult learning and the business operations of the school for the analytic workforce. In collaboration with stakeholders, this position will ensure other Contractor-provided instructional technologists support the end-to-end development of adult learning operations, the business of adult learning, and overall evolution of the curriculum to create in-person, web-based, and hybrid coursework. Location: Washington DC area Operating Hours and Expectations:This position anticipates onsite work with standard work hours, Monday-Friday.
