Responsibilities Assists in managing the project schedule, supervises Quality Control (QC) and ensures compliance with QC requirements Coordinates Third Party QC services, implements RECON's three phase QC program and prepares Daily Production Logs Track materials; perform QC on materials ordered and received Responsible for planning, scheduling, conducting, and coordinating the technical and management aspects of projects, prepares monthly project status reports and change orders Budget monitoring and trend tracking Observes and complies with all company specific site safety programs, assists the Site Safety Officer with accident/incident investigations, finds the root cause and suggests improvements Works independently and conducts tasks with limited supervision Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar type degree required Four years of engineering experience or similar trade; Construction field experience preferred Experience with surveying or CAD Experience using a GPS unit to layout and check working grades Experience demonstrating progressive increase in financial/supervisory accountability and authority Excellent written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and Project Must be self-motivated and able to work effectively with little or no direct supervision Must possess multi-tasking skills Additional Information Salary Range: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant internal and external experience, knowledge, skills, scope of job, geographical location or other factors permitted by law Benefits: 401(k) + matching Health, Dental, Vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off (PTO) Holiday Pay RECON is a Keller Company and offers a variety of employee benefits including competitive compensation; medical, dental and vision insurance; company paid vacation, sick leave, company paid holidays; 401K retirement plan with 6% company match, a casual dress code and work environment, and much more.
