Ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with diverse customer groups. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple customer accounts and follow-ups. Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions. Proficiency in using digital tools for marketing and customer engagement. Willingness to participate in ongoing training and obtain necessary licensing if not already licensed. Agriculture experience is a plus.
