Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and customer focused Insurance Sales Agent to join our team. In this role, you will help individuals and families find the right insurance coverage by providing quotes, explaining options, and delivering excellent service. You will be responsible for generating new business, building client relationships, and supporting policyholders throughout the life of their policies. This position is ideal for someone who is driven, professional, and eager to grow in the insurance industry. Key Responsibilities Generate new business through outbound calls, emails, text, referrals, and networking Conduct needs based assessments to match clients with appropriate insurance products Provide accurate quotes for Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, and/or Commercial policies Present coverage options clearly and professionally to help clients make informed decisions Follow up with leads consistently to maintain a healthy sales pipeline Build long term customer relationships through excellent service and communication Handle policy changes, billing questions, and basic claims support when needed Maintain accurate client records and documentation within the agency management system Stay current on carrier guidelines, underwriting rules, and required training
